Thanks for your superb work putting “ New Zealand is Cooking“ together for the book fair in Frankfurt.  Everything was so well organized and we chefs were all so well taken care of- I can’t imagine it being done any better. The events were beautifully well executed. It’s given New Zealand cuisine a huge global boost and added a wonderful dimension to the high culture of the book fair itself – we are very grateful.
